Create a directory for temporary store the sources, like /root/Downloads/ingex
download the sources from the cvs repository using
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@ingex.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ingex co -P ingex
All the source files will now be downloaded from the sourceforge ingex website..
Copy the /root/Downloads/ingex/ingex folder to /usr/local/src
